Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns and frameworks across teams.
  • Lead large-scale engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  • Own critical technical decisions, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Champion adoption of observability, testing, security, and quality standards throughout the organization.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity.
  • Guide adoption of AI-first practices, enabling teams to leverage AI accelerators and automation to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence org-wide strategies and architecture reviews.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Backend Development: Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Advanced Data & Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Proficient Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture.
  • Preferred AI & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases.
  • Excellent Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication.
