Job Title: Oracle Flexcube Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technologist to support customization and production support for Flexcube core banking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support various modules within the Oracle Flexcube system, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience with multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Proficiency in PLSQL and Java.
  • Knowledge of banking domain processes.
