We are looking for an expert to lead our SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best-in-class onboarding processes, leveraging the capabilities of ONB 2.0.
  • Design and deliver complex business process solutions in SuccessFactors, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct strategic sessions with customers to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Migrate ONB 2.0 configurations to upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications.
  • Provide industry-best practices guidance to customers and facilitate a smooth adoption experience.
  • Stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through successful upgrades.
  • Deliver design sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central are mandatory.
  • A certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes in global organizations is essential.
  • Experience with system development, analysis, and testing is advantageous.
