Job Title: Athletic Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced athletic coach to lead our students in various sports disciplines.

  • The ideal candidate will design and implement structured training programs for athletics and other assigned sports disciplines.
  • He/She will provide coaching for individual and team sports to prepare students for inter-collegiate, state, national, and university-level competitions.
  • The successful applicant will organize intra-mural sports events, fitness sessions, and awareness programs related to physical health and well-being.
  • Responsibilities include identifying talent and mentoring students for athletic development and competitive excellence.
  • He/She must ensure the safe use of sports facilities, equipment, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintenance of discipline, punctuality, and code of conduct during practices and events is essential.
  • The selected candidate will maintain records of attendance, training progress, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to balance students' academic and athletic commitments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Proven experience as a coach or trainer in athletics or related sports activities.
