We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including static posts, carousels, and short-form videos. They will work closely with the content and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency across all client design assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content based on content briefs
  • Maintain brand consistency across all client design assets
  • Adapt designs across formats and platforms
  • Develop reusable design templates for faster execution
  • Collaborate with content writers and social media managers

Skill Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong layout skills ensuring readability, balance, and visual appeal
  • Motion design fundamentals: text animation, object movement, transitions
  • Ability to effectively use design tools for ideation and creative enhancement
  • Experience creating static, carousel, and short-form video content
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and adapting visuals for different audiences

Requirements

  • Digital portfolio
  • Prior experience of at least 2-3 years in graphic design

Working Arrangements

This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of social-first design trends. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
