Procurement Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support market excellence and deliver outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing sourcing processes.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective procurement solutions. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities for cost savings, improving supplier performance, and driving long-term value.

In this role, you will also be responsible for establishing functional credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining effective teams, and delivering results in challenging business environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivery in procurement and supply chain management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain effective teams
  • Excellent knowledge of world-class procurement systems, processes, and practices
  • Conceptual clarity, great negotiation skills, and understanding of commercial and tax implications
