Lead Test Automation Engineer

Our company is seeking a seasoned Lead Test Automation Engineer to spearhead our automated testing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing Java-based automation tests for functional, acceptance, system, performance, and penetration testing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test automation frameworks using Java
  • Collaborate with R&D, PM, Security, and Analytics teams to improve testing approach and execution
  • Design and implement agile testing processes for efficient Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Adapt existing Continuous Integration infrastructure to team's practice
  • Mentor junior test engineers in effective testing tools and strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer in SaaS, Security, or Enterprise product space
  • Experience programming in Java
  • In-depth knowledge of Web Applications, HTTP, DNS, TLS, Network Protocols, and SaaS Environment
  • Experience working with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with deployment cycle and tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, etc.
  • Experience with Linux scripting and fundamentals
