Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Overview

The Accounts Payable Invoice Processor plays a critical role in managing and processing financial transactions related to the company's expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders and non-purchase order based invoices in ERP systems, with a focus on QAD and COUPA platforms.
  • Manage labour and freight invoice processing, ensuring timely approval and accurate recording.
  • Coordinate customs duty advance and knock-off bookings, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of tax deductions and data, as well as bank reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent, with a focus on finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of AP activities.
  • Excellent accounting and analytical skills, with the ability to drive automation in AP processes.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data analysis tools, such as Power BI and Excel.
