Technical Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to lead our development team and work on project architecture to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, React, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in NodeJS, React, and Vue.js. Hands-on experience with NodeJS is a must.

  • Development Lifecycle: Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Design Patterns: Apply a thorough understanding of design patterns to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
  • Test Automation and CI/CD: Integrate test automation into the development process and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Database Skills: Demonstrate strong SQL development skills, including writing fine-tuned queries, stored procedures, and designing normalized databases.
  • NoSQL Datastores: Work with NoSQL datastores and KV storage engines.
  • Full Stack Development: Engage in full-stack development across databases, front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, and cloud platforms.
