Job Title: Visual Artist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Artist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their 2D game art and UI work. Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is required. Knowledge of visual hierarchy, readability, and accessibility principles is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create polished in-game art assets, including characters, props, environments, VFX, and icons.
  • Design UI asset packs for mobile/web apps, including components, states, and layouts.
  • Maintain style guides and visual consistency across screens and states.
  • Leverage AI to speed creative workflows, including ideation, variations, textures, and batch exports.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers, and ship on clear timelines.
  • Minimum 4 hours/day (part-time or full-time); immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showing 2D game art and UI work (links required).
  • Proficiency with design software (Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma) and understanding of visual hierarchy, readability, and accessibility principles.
  • Clean export/handoff: naming, slicing, densities, and asset optimisation.
