Senior Instrumentation Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality instrumentation equipment for projects in the oil and gas/power industry.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation design and experience working with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing instrument equipment using 3D modeling software.
- Creating instrumentation documents such as index sheets, JB schedules, hookup diagrams, loop diagrams, and location layouts.
- Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design meets project requirements.
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to instrument design.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering or instrumentation technology.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in instrumentation design projects in the oil and gas/power industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation documents and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
