Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, and leading your team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Team Leadership: Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
  • Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Safety and Security: Follow TATA Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
