Job Summary

As a Hair Stylist at Marriott International, you will provide exceptional hair care services to our guests. Your expertise will ensure that every guest leaves our salon feeling confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

• Shampoo, condition, and style guests' hair to meet their individual needs.
• Examine skin, hair, and nails to provide personalized recommendations for care and maintenance.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and ensure their comfort and safety at all times.
• Set up workstations and treatment rooms with necessary products, equipment, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain tools to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Monitor and adhere to time schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handle difficult guest behavior and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Maintain current licensure in the service area and complete necessary safety training and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification needed.
