About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design function, bring fresh ideas, and translate brand visions into impactful visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative design processes for branding, social media campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Create engaging designs that align with brand strategies and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in design role, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Able to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
