Performance Marketing Specialist

Bambinos.live is an India-based EdTech brand that utilizes AI-first tutoring to help children develop strong English communication, math foundations, and life skills.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving all paid marketing efforts across various platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale budgets.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  2. Manage the end-to-end performance marketing function, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  3. Rapidly experiment with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of managing large ad spends across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
