Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for our Global Team Management organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights to drive business performance

  • Mentor and train team members on standard financial planning and analysis principles and procedures

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
