Job Title: Operations Executive, SSD 3P

This role is responsible for overseeing multiple SSD 3P Fulfillment centers from operations, performance, design, and compliance perspectives.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage operations performance, drive program initiatives, and achieve improvement in quality, productivity, speed, and cost. As a customer-obsessed professional with high ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns, foresee disruptions, and dive deep into data implications.

The ideal candidate should be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and travel to stores to design, set up, and monitor 3P operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor complete UTR operations FC+ LM of assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plan, HC planning, Quality metrics, and other parameters
  • Serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders while maintaining objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy
  • Visit sites for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms
  • Conduct monthly audits of 3P sites
  • Visit all assigned sites at least once a month
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following are the key qualifications for this role:

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Proficiency in Excel
