Job Description:

As a dedicated and skilled Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high-quality of our technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on business requirements and design documents.
  • Execute thorough tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to prevent adverse impacts on existing functionality.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
  • Identify, document, and report defects discovered during testing.
  • Collaborate with client teams for seamless integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design and implement Advanced Test Frameworks (ATFs) in ServiceNow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATFs.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
  • Proficiency in testing integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification: Certified ServiceNow Admin.
  • BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS, or MCA degree.
