Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Classical Piano and Guitar Curriculum Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music education and a passion for creating innovative and effective educational materials.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum components, including lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools. They will work closely with our team of educators and administrators to create a cohesive and vibrant music education experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement innovative lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools for classical piano, electronic keyboard, and acoustic guitar students.
- Develop original musical exercises, games, and practice routines that support technical skill development and keep students motivated.
- Align all curriculum components with Trinity College London's grading criteria and other relevant educational standards.
- Design creative methods for tracking and celebrating student progress, including gamified assessments and progress charts.
- Provide teachers with resources and strategies to make lessons interactive and fun, including activity ideas and technology tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in music education and technology to keep the curriculum fresh and engaging.
- Review and refine existing materials to ensure they remain effective and enjoyable, incorporating student and teacher feedback.
