We are looking for a skilled Product-Driven Engineer who is passionate about building mission-critical software that is both usable and delightful. Our team is building a high-impact product that is crucial for the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-stack engineering with our web application using Node.js, React, and some Meteor.js
  • Some React Native work, MongoDB, and AWS
  • Frequent releases of MVPs and iterating on them via daily releases
  • Filling in design gaps with user empathy and design sense
  • Early projects include building a patient chatbot to guide patients through surgery

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on experience in building real-world products with architecture and full product cycle
  • Full-stack with strong JS experience in React, Node.js, and independently up and down the stack
  • No-excuse and results-driven mindset with responsibility for design decisions, code, and deploying fixes
  • Independent work with initiative, requiring less management
  • Humble and flexible, with a focus on user-centric design
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and client
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
