Software Development Leader Position

Job Summary:

This role involves leading the development of scalable and high-quality software solutions using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in senior developer positions, with a strong portfolio of shipped web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement complex technical solutions using AWS, Laravel, React, and React Native.
  • Develop and maintain features while conducting regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges, identify risks, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on trends in web and mobile technologies, particularly in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior developer with a strong portfolio of shipped web and mobile apps.
  • Deep knowledge of web development principles and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and backend development using Laravel.
  • Expertise in React for web development and React Native for mobile app development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
