Key qualifications include a minimum 4-year diploma in interior designing or architecture, along with 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years of experience within the company.

Site experience, proficiency in Google Sketchup, and strong communication skills are also required.

Effective communication in English is mandatory, with local language proficiency being desirable.

Responsibilities include managing residential projects, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent results.
