Project Leader

We are seeking a skilled Project Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination, and implementation. They will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders or project team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project timelines
  • Oversee project deliverables and ensure timely completion
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress through regular updates
  • Collaborate with team members to coach and support them in assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead MEP activities across projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Oversight of procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with green building practices and energy codes is an asset
