BIM Technician Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows, with the ability to manage and coordinate complex models for industrial projects.

Job Description:">
  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models with a minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350+ to ensure seamless integration between architectural, structural, and MEP services.
  • Coordinate and execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
  • Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope, ensuring efficiency and consistency in model development.
Key Skills & Qualifications:">
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a BIM Technician, with expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows, with experience working on industrial projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
