Job Title: Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide production support for Oracle Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards by supporting revenue recognition and management.
  • Troubleshoot & Maintain Revenue Contracts: Resolve issues and maintain revenue contracts, deferrals, allocations, and adjustments.
  • Receivables & Invoicing Support: Provide assistance with receivables, invoicing, auto-invoice, receipts, collections, tax, and dunning.
  • Intercompany Process Maintenance: Maintain intercompany processes, including invoicing, transfer pricing, netting, and balancing.
  • Accounting & Period Close Support: Assist with accounting and period close, including AR-GL reconciliations and revenue close.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical support for SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Compliance & Audit Handling: Handle compliance and audit tasks, including SOX and tax reporting.
  • Oracle Support Coordination: Coordinate with Oracle Support for MOS, SRs, patches, and quarterly updates.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, AR, and Intercompany.
  • Solid understanding of finance & accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud tools.
  • Proven track record in production support & issue resolution.
