Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in launching a self-serve platform for customers and supporting its development.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance web applications that support complex business rules/flows using React, Node JS, and JavaScript.
  • Leverage expertise to establish best practices for web development and drive the team and codebase to a higher level.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members to influence application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.
  • Contribute to Application Solution Design and work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into simple user stories.
  • Develop UI/UX wireframes using Figma and apply user experience methodology and best practices to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging user-centered design.
  • Pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them to the frontend team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead POCs and demonstrate speed to market.
  • Someone who loves to learn and is passionate about helping others.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • 5-7 years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools.
  • Strong experience with AWS EC2, S3, Lambda.
  • IT Implementation and project management experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Figma and similar software.
  • Experience in persona development, information architecture, wireframe, and prototyping.
