About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to develop compelling content strategies for influencer campaigns, branded content, and creator collaborations that resonate with audiences across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging content strategies for influencer campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop campaign messaging, taglines, scripts, captions, and briefs tailored to brand tone and style
  • Collaborate with the influencer management team to develop creative directions and campaign ideas
  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance in all influencer content
  • Browse fresh, trend-led concepts to maximize audience engagement
  • Edit and refine influencer submissions for clarity, tone, and brand alignment
  • Stay updated on digital content trends, social media language, and creator culture

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in content development, preferably in influencer marketing, digital, or social media content
  • Strong command of English (and additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to adapt content style to match different influencer voices and brand tones
  • Creative thinker with sharp storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working under tight timelines and multiple campaigns
  • Collaborative mindset to work with creative, brand solutions, and influencer management teams

Good to Have:

  • Experience creating short-form social-first content (memes, reels, shorts)
  • Knowledge of influencer/creator ecosystem
  • Understanding of SEO and digital content trends
