IT Visionary

Ciel HR is seeking a highly analytical and innovative professional to drive information technology strategy and vision. As a Strategic IT Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts in translating business requirements into actionable inputs for IT partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in lending or related domains, with strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems. They should be able to understand conceptual, logical, and physical data models, as well as write SQL queries involving multiple joins, set operations, and sub-queries.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to embrace and understand change processes. They should be effective in planning, scheduling, and delegation, with good grasp of Agile methodology and business analysis in Agile.

• Lead a team of BAs in translating Business requirements across core applications into actionable inputs for IT Partners for delivery.
• Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs - Techno-functional specifications - Development - UAT- Production release.
• Conduct Cost Benefit analysis of all major projects recommend a Prioritization Framework for project delivery keeping in mind the business objectives.

The selected candidate will report to the Manager and have a span of control as an independent contributor. The timeframe for search by Ciel HR on an exclusive basis is 8 weeks.

The selection process involves three rounds, two technical and one HR round. The grounds for technical fit are based on sourcing grounds.
