Job Title

Performance testers are in high demand as technology continues to evolve at an incredible pace.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance scripting, execution, and analysis using Jmeter.

They will also have hands-on experience with Datadog and performance infrastructure setup in the cloud.

Additionally, our candidate should be well-versed in Docker and Kubernetes.

A thorough knowledge of memory, heap, thread dump analysis, memory profiling, and CPU profiling is also required.

Experience with complete JVM analysis and custom Jmeter script design for reactive APIs is essential.

Ability to analyze root cause of performance issues using Dynatrace, JVisualVM, and JMC is also needed.

Intermediate knowledge of JAVA and experience in shell, Perl, and UNIX scripting are required.

Designing end-to-end performance frameworks including capacity planning, load simulation, and setting up observability dashboards is also expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance testing scripts using Jmeter.
  • Analyze performance data using Datadog and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Design and implement performance frameworks to improve system efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to performance testing.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.

6-9 years of experience in performance testing.

Strong understanding of performance scripting, execution, and analysis.

Hands-on experience with Datadog and performance infrastructure setup in the cloud.

Well-versed in Docker and Kubernetes.

Thorough knowledge of memory, heap, thread dump analysis, memory profiling, and CPU profiling.
