Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant with a strong background in solution design, customization, and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and debug complex plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Work with managed/unmanaged solutions and handle solution components effectively.
  • Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, and managed/unmanaged solutions architecture.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL programming languages.
  • Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.
  • Ability to debug CRM components, including JavaScript, plugins, and workflows.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Azure integrations and Dataverse.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
