Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that quality parameters are consistently met at every stage. This involves reviewing and interpreting technical requirements from customers to align production accordingly.

  • Ensure quality parameters are maintained at each stage of manufacturing, testing, and inspection.
  • Review and interpret the technical requirements of customers to align production accordingly.
  • Handle and resolve technical customer complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with TPI (Third Party Inspection), certification agencies, and consumer representatives for inspections and approvals.
  • Review and address non-conformity reports and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
Leadership and Authorization

The successful candidate will possess overall authorization to release final products for dispatch and have the authority to stop production or dispatch in case of deviation from customer specifications.

  • Approve Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and final test certificates.
  • Maintain CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) records for all customer complaints.
  • Hold overall authorization to release final products for dispatch.
  • Have the authority to stop production or dispatch in case of deviation from customer specifications.
Quality Management

The selected individual will be responsible for implementing and improving quality and other management systems to ensure process standardization.

  • Participate in internal system audits and ensure timely follow-up and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensure all measuring equipment are calibrated and maintain up-to-date calibration certificates.
Continuous Improvement

The chosen candidate will continuously work on implementing and achieving continual improvements in quality systems.
