Job Overview:

A Junior Architect plays a vital role in the development of architectural designs and plans. The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be highly creative, with a strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Attending key project meetings to communicate and coordinate with client teams, representatives, and engineers.
  • Analyzing architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contributing to concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Coodinating interfaces between Engineering and Project Management teams, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assisting in research and coordination of materials and products as per project's amenity and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Having an eye for details and Highly creative individual
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
