About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple entities' financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders. If you have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Manage financial operations for multiple entities, including bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
• Ensure timely completion of periodic filings, such as TDS and GST
• Collaborate with external agencies to meet regulatory compliances and license renewals
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure complete documentation for receipts and payments
• Own and manage accounts receivables and payables operations across all product lines
• Support treasury management and daily banking operations
• Assist in statutory audits of multiple entities

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Commerce post-graduate from premier institutes with consistently strong academic credentials and 0-2 years' experience or Graduate with 3 years' experience
• Preference for individuals with experience in Tier 1 corporates or Tier 1 accounting firms
• Experience in the SaaS industry is an added advantage
• Ability to handle high-intensity, fast-paced environments with regular stretch requirements
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• High comfort with technology and ability to automate accounting processes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
