Job Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead the development of our budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for various regions.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include leading the development of annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial metrics. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and business finance.

    Responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand business needs, tracking performance, and driving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews.

    Additionally, this role involves developing and maintaining financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis.

    To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience, preferably in D365, Adaptive, or Blackline. Experience managing cross-functional projects is also desirable. Candidates with experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies are highly valued.

  • Financial Planning:

    Develop annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.

  • Financial Analysis:

    Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, trends, and KPIs.

  • Business Partnering:

    Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and drive operational efficiency.

  • Scenario Modeling:

    Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios and risk analysis.
