Visionary Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a talented and experienced visual storyteller to join our team as a Creative Designer. This role will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through design and video content.
- Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Design compelling social media creatives, posters, banners, and brochures for campaigns and outreach events. Create short videos/reels, edit student testimonials, and develop engaging ad creatives that showcase the brand's personality.
Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, print, and event materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-performing creatives that align with the brand strategy.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, admissions, and outreach, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Experiment with design trends to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines. Develop and implement strategies to improve design processes and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Creative Designer
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
- Strong skills in both static design and video editing
- Good sense of typography, colors, and layouts
- Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector
