Job Description

As a seasoned construction expert, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing plans and preparing detailed quantity requirements. This involves analyzing complex blueprints to ensure accurate calculations and efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing comprehensive reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and documents related to construction projects.
  • Coordinating with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to guarantee seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Overseeing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs to ensure timely completion and within budget constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Role: Billing / Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses.
