Job Title: Automation Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for UI and API automation
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement test plans
3. Ensure high-quality test automation scripts are developed and maintained
4. Identify and prioritize testing needs to ensure timely completion of projects
5. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on test automation best practices
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. 5+ years of experience in Java programming for UI automation
2. 2+ years of experience in API automation
3. Strong knowledge of Selenium, RestAssured, and other test automation tools
4. Experience with Agile SCRUM development lifecycle (SAFe preferred)
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
