Job Description

This is a critical role within our organization that focuses on the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote infection control products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating awareness and generating demand for these products, as well as organizing product demonstrations, workshops, and industry conferences to showcase solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and sales teams.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate demand for infection control products.
  • Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and industry conferences to showcase infection control solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral and presentations that highlight the benefits of our infection control products.
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and market potential to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in medical devices, consumables, or equipment, preferably in the infection control industry.
  • Proven track record in managing technical products and consumables.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear marketing messages.
