Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Data Solutions Developer to join our team at Recro. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to design, implement, and optimize large-scale data solutions using Azure services.

As a Senior Cloud Data Solutions Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Your expertise in Azure cloud technologies, data engineering, and data science will enable us to unlock new insights and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data engineering, architecture, and cloud computing, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering:
    • Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines and solutions using Azure services.
    • Implement ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation.
    • Create and maintain data models and optimize database performance.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
    • Document data solutions and workflows to ensure maintainability.
  • CI/CD and Automation:
    • Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows.
    • Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Streaming and Real-time Data:
    • Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka.
    • Optimize real-time data ingestion and processing pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database).
  • Strong experience in SQL for querying, analyzing, and managing data.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka for data streaming and messaging.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Azure Data Engineering or related Azure certifications.
  • Experience with big data technologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
