Job Opportunity: Senior Facebook Ads Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to drive conversions, leads, and app installs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze customer actions and plan A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Build a data-driven campaign structure and collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure effective conversion
  • Monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP to inform campaign optimization decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience running Facebook Ads with a budget of $20,000/month or more
  • Strong performance mindset and ability to test quickly, optimize deeply, and expand with control
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and other related tools
  • Understanding of analytics and attributes (last click, view, etc.)
  • Priority given to those with experience in e-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance, and other related fields
