Collection Specialist

• Meet target collections and recoveries by allocating resources effectively.
• Ensure all assigned customers are contacted regularly for field collection or delinquency purposes, as directed by the ACM team.
• Implement systematic follow-up processes and maintain accurate records.
• Minimize soft repayment conversions to field collection operations.
• Monitor and restrict contract flow to ensure timely collections.
• Collaborate with the ACM team to provide insights on customer cases.

• Manage relationships with allocated customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
• Develop strategies to minimize defaults and optimize cash flow.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the collection process.
