Client Engagement Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our remote team as a Client Engagement Specialist.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and play a crucial part in building trust and ensuring their seamless onboarding experience.

  • Conduct video consultations with new clients, actively listening to their challenges and health goals.
  • Effectively communicate FUME's holistic health approach in simple terms, providing empathetic guidance on the next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of all consultations and collaborate with senior health coaches when needed.

This is a consultative, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, confidence, and good listening skills.

Preferred qualifications include a final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields.

The internship offers real-world experience in client engagement and wellness communication, exposure to a leading root-cause health transformation platform, and mentorship from senior health coaches and industry experts.
