Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience as an International Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of international business practices, market trends, and regulations. Experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, particularly in hematology and medical devices, is essential. Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills are necessary to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential international clients, distributors, and partners
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in international markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 based on industry standards and location.
