Job Description:

The role involves strategic relationship management of the non-resident customer segment, focusing on maximizing business growth and achieving defined sales targets across various banking products.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue expansion and increase deposits, assets under management (AUM), and overall bank value.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing NR customers to foster loyalty, enhance client engagement scores, and drive long-term retention and growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high client satisfaction and wallet share while upholding exceptional client experience standards.
  • Stay abreast with global economic trends, wealth management best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous professional development.
  • Manage risk effectively, minimizing attrition and maintaining a stable portfolio.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, driving business success and contributing to organizational excellence.
  • Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, prioritizing training and certifications as required.

Eligibility Criteria:
