Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture strategy aligned with AEI's business objectives.
- Lead the development of AEI's baseline and target state data architecture, ensuring seamless data flow across all systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data integration requirements and develop data architectures that meet business needs.
- Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight to data solution architects and engineers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality data products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for incorporating them into AEI's data architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in data solutions design, data integration, and data governance.
- TOGAF Certified or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices around modern data architecture in cloud and big data environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced Energy offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
