Job Title:

Lead Data Scientist and AI Strategist

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development of cutting-edge data science, machine learning, and NLP technologies.

- Drive model development, deployment, and training/re-training techniques in a data-scarce environment.

- Leverage expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP) to deliver innovative solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in paid (OpenAI on Azure) and open-source LLMs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and NLP technologies.
  • Strong understanding of agents development and cloud-native application development in AWS/Azure.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and ability to develop code as needed.
  • Experience with GANs, VAEs, transformer-based architectures, and prompt engineering techniques for Instruction-based LLMs.
  • Deep knowledge of generative modeling techniques for LLM solutions in Artificial Intelligence.
