Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Credentialing Specialist.

This position involves overseeing the credentialing process for healthcare providers, including managing provider enrollment and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in using credentialing portals, and have strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and payers.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications, maintaining regular communication with clients, and handling end-to-end processes for creating and maintaining provider details on various platforms.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and credentialing software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using credentialing portals and managing associated documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both clients and payers.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
