Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Alternative Operations Fund Accountant to join our team. This role will involve driving effective output of the team with given timelines and ensuring full-time production in implementations of Geneva, including software installation, setup, and hands-on functional and technical training to India teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflow, completing, and reviewing detailed tie-out NAV packs between two systems, including reviewing cash and position reconciliations, validating new system portfolio pricing, analyzing State Street Hedge Fund Accounting and Operations business and technical requirements, configuring and automating products to optimize workflows, managing time to maximize agenda and delivery of critical components, executing on planned implementation tasks to maximize delivery satisfaction, collaborating with and communicating project status to business team leads and Geneva project managers, building conversion and system integration mapping tools, and uploading/migrating historical tax lots and other client portfolio data onto Geneva and ensuring data integrity.
