Leadership Opportunity in Industrial Decarbonisation
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Lead and oversee all research activities within the decarbonisation programme.
  • Support the preparation of policy and project reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, industry, civil society, and media.
  • Design and manage a comprehensive outreach strategy to communicate research findings effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing research team.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in research, strategy consulting, or advisory roles related to industrial operations, energy management, efficiency, and decarbonization.
  • Research or consulting experience in energy, GHG, steam and process efficiency in MSMEs, boilers and industries is essential.
  • Certification in Energy, GHG and ESG audits will be preferred.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and information dissemination.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, building a collaborative and high-performance environment.
