Design Engineer for Closure Mechanisms

    We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to lead the development of innovative closure mechanisms and systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced closure mechanisms and systems, including door modules, latches and handles, hinges and drives, fuel flap systems, and hood systems & camera actuators.
  • Conduct concept proposals, packaging studies, interference checks, and kinematic studies and calculations to ensure seamless integration with vehicle systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and integrate simulation, manufacturing, and vehicle integration requirements.

    Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in NX and other PLM systems.
  • Advanced design and development skills, with experience in creating innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
